Our Story

CJ (Chandler) Kemp is a father and husband, deeply rooted in his faith. He truly believes that joy is found in who you share it with, and that life’s greatest blessings are meant to be experienced together. His faith guides his desire to serve, uplift, and create meaningful moments for others.

CJ is a business owner of several successful businesses and served a mission in Mexico for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He has a passion for sharing experiences with people from all walks of life, with a strong emphasis on bush flying and adventure aviation. He believes that talents are meant to be shared, and that skills, time, and opportunities become far more powerful when used to lift others.

His goal is to give the experience of the freedom of flight to those who have been confined especially children who have struggled with health challenges, as well as veterans and first responders. Aviation is one of the greatest technological advancements of our time, and CJ believes its power lies not just in flight, but in the freedom, perspective, and hope it gives when shared.

Clay Zimmerman spent several years working in construction as a project manager and carpenter before pursuing aviation. While he enjoyed his work, he quietly carried a lifelong dream of becoming a pilot. One day, while sitting in his father-in-law’s office, a lighthearted comment—“I wish one of my daughters would have married a pilot”—sparked something deeper. That moment became the catalyst that pushed Clay to finally pursue the dream he had held since childhood.

As a first-generation pilot, earning his wings stands among the most meaningful achievements of his life. As aviation shifted from a dream into reality, Clay discovered how profoundly it changed him. What began as a passion and a career grew into a genuine desire to share the experience of flight with others. Through general aviation, he hopes to inspire children, veterans, and first responders by offering meaningful moments in the sky. Whether it is a first flight or a final one, Clay’s goal is to create experiences that foster connection, spark joy, and leave a lasting impact.

Uriah Leiataua, known to most as Lopa, grew up in Compton, California, before moving to Utah to play football at Brigham Young University. While at BYU, he studied Business Management and went on to begin a stable career in the corporate world. Although the job offered comfort and financial security, he quickly realized something was missing. He wanted purpose, challenge, and work that meant more than simply earning a paycheck.

Everything changed when a close friend invited him on a discovery flight. From the moment the wheels left the ground, he fell in love with aviation. As a first-generation pilot, Uriah understands firsthand how financially difficult it can be to break into flying. That experience drives his passion for helping others who may not have the resources or access to explore aviation. Through his work, he hopes to open doors, create opportunities, and inspire more people to discover their own love for flight.

Luke Thaxton has always been fascinated by airplanes and the idea of flight, though he never initially pictured himself becoming a pilot. After returning home from his church mission in 2022, he found himself uncertain about his career path and searching for direction. Through conversations with family members and acquaintances who worked in aviation, he began to see the possibilities the field offered and quickly realized it was the right fit for him.

What started as curiosity soon grew into a genuine passion. Today, Luke has developed a deep love for aviation and the freedom and perspective it brings. He can’t imagine doing anything else and looks forward to spending his life in the sky, sharing that same excitement and opportunity for flight with others.

Growing up in Highland, Utah, from a young age, Logan always wanted to fly. This passion was deeply rooted in his family history, specifically inspired by his uncle who served as both a private pilot and an air traffic controller, and although a medical release eventually grounded his career, Logan viewed his own journey into aviation as a way to pick up where his uncle left off and keep that shared family legacy soaring.

While Logan’s original dream was to join the Air Force, he committed and played soccer at the University of Memphis. During his time as a student-athlete, flight school remained a distant goal that wasn't yet an option due to flight school not being offered at his University.

Upon graduating, Logan finally stepped into the cockpit to begin his formal flight training, turning his lifelong dream into a reality. Having navigated the challenges of balancing a career and a passion, Logan is now driven by a mission larger than his own seat in the cockpit.

Today, Logan is dedicated to making aviation accessible. His primary goal is to help as many people as possible discover the joy of flight by providing a path to learn at an affordable cost. He believes that the thrill of aviation should be within reach for anyone with the heart to fly, and he is committed to mentoring the next generation of pilots with the same passion his uncle once shared with him. He wants to serve and help others experience the same joy he has experienced

Cade discovered his love for aviation at just 12 years old while flying on his cousin’s flight simulator. At the time, he never imagined that years later he would earn his pilot’s license and turn that early fascination into a lifelong passion.

Before pursuing aviation, Cade worked in the corporate world, where he often felt confined behind a desk. After he and his wife welcomed their first child, he felt a renewed sense of purpose and a desire to build a career that truly inspired him. Flying gave him exactly that. Seeing the world from 10,000 feet brought a sense of freedom and perspective he had never experienced before, and it confirmed that aviation was where he was meant to be.
